Welcome

Hi, my name's Bacon. I'm a rat of my proud, new owner. I know my owner is proud because he's been making lame jokes with his friends like, "Bacon's out of the pot and into the frying pan." And "If I get a friend for bacon, I'll name him Avo because they're on a roll."

Anyway, I'm happy with my new owner so far because he likes Linux and programming as much as I do. I think we're going to have a long and fruitful relationship. I can already see us cooking up plans and breakfast together.

I have a new three story mansion (cage) complete with worn out underwear for me to make a nest with. It's a sweet pad, as they say. I just have to figure out how to get my laptop in here. Maybe if I ask nicely I can get a smartphone.

On a final note: my favourite Linux distro is Ubuntu-gnome. How about yours?
